It's near the ocean and close
to the village. set in 5 acres of beautiful
tropical gardens and there is a 25m
swimming pool with sun loungers,
umbrellas and a poolside
bar/restaurant.
 Our apartments are situated ten
minutes away from Sandy lane golf course,
and there are several prestigious hotels along
this golden west coast, such as Sandy Lane,
Royal Pavilion, Glitter Bay, Discovery Bay,
Sandpiper, Colony Club and Coral Reef Club,
all of which offer nightly entertainment
and welcome visitors for either drinks, a restaurant
meal or BBQ accompanied by a flaming limbo floorshow.
Within easy walking distance are 20
restaurants catering to every taste,
from fast food to fine dining. Two shopping
malls are also located nearby, with
convenient banks, a supermarket, pharmacy, department
stores, and specialty shops.
Or West Coast waters are clean, clear and warm
- ideal for swimming, snorkeling,
scuba diving, and wind
surfing. Or you may just prefer to
relax on the beach, enjoying
the sun, sand and sights.

Apartment 1
This apartment is comfortably furnished and
750 sq.ft.
Alarge bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawer
space. Comfortable divan beds and en suite bathroom
with a walk in shower.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling
fans in all rooms, Cable T.V. C.D. player VCR.Radio.
Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun
terrace which has sea views and two comfortable
day beds.
A great place to relax and enjoy those fabulous
Caribbean Sunsets sipping famous rum punches.
Life does not get better than this.
 Apartment 2
Situated on the third floor. This apartment
has a large comfortable lounge with a six foot
corner unit which can be adapted to sleep a
third person. Alarge bedroom with fitted wardrobes
and drawers and a full walk in shower, washbasin
and tiolet.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling
fans in all rooms, Cable TV. CD Player D.VD
and radio.
Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun
terrace which has two comfortable day beds.

A deposit of £100 per week is
payable on booking and the final amount will become due
ten weeks prior to departure.
Weekly maid service can be arranged. Please
enquire on booking.
We
strongly advise you to take out travel insurance at the
time you send your deposit.
Terms include maid service once a week, including
all bed linen and towels, however beach towels are not
provided.
