It is about 2 minutes walk from Oistins town. Property Description Goodwyn is built in the traditional style of Barbados' architecture. It is extremely cool having a verandah that circles the house on 3 sides. It has a large open deck at the back which overlooks the beach, and this gives the house an unrestricted view of the south coast. Accommodations 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 comfortably. It can accommodate 2 more by using a pull out couch located in the living room. Bedroom #1: has in a pair of twin beds and has a ceiling fan Bedroom #2: has in a queen size bed with air conditioning. There are 2 portable oscillating fans that can be used as well. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, good quality stainless steel pots and pans, dishes, etc. Living Room: several living room chairs and cocktail tables, with a pull out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people, TV, DVD player, CD/cassette/radio recorder. Dining Room: table and chairs to seat 6 people.
