has daily direct flights from London's Heathrow Airport

Jamaica and American
Eagle service Grenada with direct flights from New
York / Montego Bay and Puerto Rico respectively, while
BWIA operates regularly
scheduled flights via its Trinidad hub.
In Canada, Air
Canada Vacations operates a weekly service from Toronto
to Grenada during the Winter season (December to April)
with easy connections from Halifax, Montreal and Ottawa.
Year round, Air
Canada and BWIA
operate regularly scheduled flights from Toronto and Montreal
to Barbados and Trinidad respectively, with connections
into Grenada via LIAT and Caribbean Star.
LIAT
and Caribbean
Star provide connections into Grenada's Point Salines
International Airport, from various Caribbean islands
along with connections to International flights from Antigua,
Barbados, St. Lucia and Trinidad.
Conviasa
Airlines provides a twice weekly service from Porlamar,
Margarita into Grenada.
Carriacou's
Lauriston Airport is serviced by daily flights from Grenada
and St. Vincent with SVG
Air.
Entry Requirements
A valid passport and return or onward ticket is required
for all visitors. However, proof of citizenship bearing
a photograph is acceptable from British, Canadian, and
US citizens ( * see special notice below ). A visa is
not required from citizens of the US, Canada, UK, British
Commonwealth, Caribbean countries (except Cuba), most
European countries, South Korea, and Japan.
Departure Tax
Persons 13 years of age and older are required to pay
EC$50 (approximately US$19.) Departure tax for persons
from 5 to 12 years of age is EC$25 (approximately US$9.50.)
Children under 5 years are exempted.

Notice on Passports
The Department of State and Homeland Security have announced
a "Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative" in
which they are proposing to require all U.S. Citizens,
Canadians, citizens of Bermuda and citizens of Mexico
to have a passport or other accepted secure document to
enter or re-enter the U.S. by January 1, 2008.
The departments said that the requirements would be rolled
out in phases. The proposed timeline is as follows:
December 31, 2005 - Passport or other accepted document
required for all travel (air/sea) to or from the Caribbean,
Bermuda, Central and South America.
December 31, 2006 - Passport or other accepted document
required for all air, sea to or from Mexico and Canada.
December 31, 2007 - Passport or other accepted document
required for all air, sea and land boarder crossings.
In a joint announcement the departments said that they
are requesting comments on the proposed policy and suggestions
for alternatives. The departments said that they will
consider these suggestions and comments before they announce
a formal rule making when they will again seek comment
